COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Frizzell Construction Company, Inc., founded in 1960 by Ben Frizzell Jr., is a General Contracting and Construction Management company. Based in Bristol, Tennessee, Frizzell  builds  commercial projects, primarily in the southeastern U.S.  The company has satellite offices in Ooltewah, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina.  While actively  licensed in 10 southeastern states,  Frizzell Construction also performs work outside the southeast on negotiated projects.

We have provided construction services for the following:  Hotels, nursing homes, medical offices, office buildings, schools/institutional buildings, industrial/manufacturing facilities, restaurants, utilities (water & sewer plants), petroleum stations, shopping centers, sporting complexes, golf clubhouses, condominiums, and apartments.  We offer design/build services, and a large percentage of our work is negotiated.   Through our Civil division, Frizzell Construction builds sewer and water pipelines and wastewater treatment facilities.
